GSS indicated to me that this was caused a bug in the source VCSA bits of my previous 7.html on the ISO you attached to your desktop. Vcsa is not ready check if rpm installation is completed 7U3b (ESXi is on player), I have 16 GB memory and 4 vCPUs.
